RULES OF USAGE
Everything you need to know before using ContentFit
What is ContentFit?
ContentFit is an internal tool that uses predictive AI to predict how people will react to your content before it goes live. It analyzes images and videos to predict attention, memory, engagement, trust, and purchase intent — giving you data-driven insights to optimize creative before spending media budget.
The tool is designed for Client Service managers and Influencer Experts who work with creators and need to evaluate content quality before publication. It replaces guesswork with predictive analytics.
ContentFit does not replace creative judgment — it supplements it with neuroscience-based predictions. Use the results as one input alongside your professional experience and campaign knowledge.
Who Can Use ContentFit?
Access to ContentFit is restricted exclusively to employees of ENYO and ByThePeople Group. Each user must have their own individual account. Sharing login credentials with anyone — including colleagues at partner agencies or clients — is not permitted.
Access restriction
Do not share your login credentials with anyone outside ENYO or ByThePeople Group. If a colleague needs access, contact your ContentFit administrator to request a new account.
How Testing Works
The testing workflow follows four steps. The entire process takes 1–10 minutes depending on whether you are testing an image or video.
Receive the final content from the creator (image or video).
Create a test in ContentFit — upload the file, select the campaign objective, enter the JOB number, and fill in campaign details (client, brand, platform).
Wait for the analysis to complete. Image tests take ~30 seconds to 3 minutes. Video tests take 3–10 minutes. You can navigate away — the test runs in the background.
Review the results — check the campaign readiness verdict, badges, individual metrics, heatmaps, and AI-generated insights. Share recommendations with the creator if needed.
For a full explanation of each metric and what the scores mean, see the Metrics Explained page.
Costs and JOB Numbers
Each test costs 15 EUR
Every test — whether image or video — costs 15 EUR. The cost is charged per analyzed piece of content. Plan the number of tests in advance to avoid exceeding your project budget. Deleted tests cannot be refunded.
Every test requires a JOB number for cost allocation. Without a JOB number, the analysis cannot be started. The JOB number should be linked to the correct project or campaign.
If you do not know your JOB number, contact your Project Manager or the person responsible for the campaign budget. Do not run tests without proper cost allocation.
When to Test
The golden rule
Test content AFTER you receive the final material from the creator, but BEFORE it is published.
ContentFit is designed to optimize content before it reaches the audience. If the results show room for improvement, you still have time to share recommendations with the creator and request revisions.
Testing after publication is only useful for learning purposes — you can analyze what worked and apply those insights to future campaigns, but you can no longer make changes to the published content.
Data and Privacy
All content uploaded to ContentFit is processed by our AI engine for analysis purposes. Uploaded files are stored securely and are accessible only to authenticated users within your organization.
Test results, metrics, and heatmaps are stored in the ContentFit database. Benchmark data is aggregated and anonymized — individual test results are never shared across organizations.
ContentFit does not collect personal data about the individuals depicted in the content. The analysis is based on predictive AI models trained on neuroscience research, not on identifying or profiling individuals.
Do not upload content containing sensitive personal data (medical records, financial information, etc.)
Do not upload content that you do not have the rights to test
Do not attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the AI models
